摘  要:研究了从钢厂炉渣中回收有用金属的一种新方法。实验中,炉渣用硫酸浸取,浸取液采用EDTA络合滴定分析元素组成,颗粒粒径分布采用标准筛筛分,化学组成和微观结构分别采用XRF。结果表明,铝的最大提取率为86.20%,条件为:H2SO4浓度4mol·L-1、固液比1∶5条件下在80℃浸取24h。在同一条件下铁获得最大提取率为94.3%。This paper is aimed at presenting a new way of recycling valuable metals in boiler slag derived from steel plants. In these testing, boiler slag was leached by sulfuric acid, elemental analysis of aqueous solutions was determined by EDTA titration. The Particle Size Distribution was derived by a standard screens. The components of the sample were examined by means of XRF. An alumin- ium extraction efficiency of 86.20% was achieved when the sintered pellets were leached using 4 mol ·L^-1 H2SO4 at solid liquid ratio of 1 : 5 at 80 ℃ for 24 h. An iron extraction efficiency of 94. 30% was achieved at the same conditions of the maximum extraction efficiency of Al.
