摘 要:介绍了国家“八五”重点攻关课题“氧煤强化炼铁新工艺研究”中高炉喷吹烟煤、无烟煤混配煤的实验室研究及工业试验室研究应用情况,探讨了高炉喷吹煤粉的合理配煤结构。在鞍钢生产条件下,对于喷煤量100kg/t铁以下、不富氧或低富氧的1000m3级高炉,所喷混煤的挥发分控制在18%左右比较合适。Investigation into coal match of pulverized smoke coal and anthracitic coalinjection into blast furnace, conducted in laboratory and in field , is introduced involved in themajor tackled key subject of 'the Eighth Five-Year Plan'. 'A Study of New Technlogy of Oxygen-Coal Intensified Ironmaking' and rational coal match structure of BF PCI is approached as well. Under the condition of the present production of AISC, it is relatively suitable for about 1000m3 blast furnace with injection value of pulverized coal of less than 100kg/t iron on non oxygen-enriched or low oxygen enriched blast basis to limit the volatile compound of mixed coal to ca. 18%.
