摘  要:采用新型高效喷雾推进雾化装置,代替原有喷嘴以及采用投加絮凝剂的方法,对高炉煤气洗涤水进行降温降浊处理.处理后,洗涤水供水温度比原来下降5℃以上,水中悬浮物由85mg/L降至20mg/L以下.由于水温下降使煤气温度下降、热值提高,从而降低焦比,经济效益明显。The reduction of temperature and pollution of BF gas washing water hasbeen done by the new-type and high effective mist spraying pusher atomizer stead of the original nozzles and the method of adding nocculant, as a result the water temperature suppliedfor washing water is lower by 5℃ than the original temperature and the suspended substancecontent in the water is reduced from 85mg/L to below 20mg/L. The reduction of water temperature leads to lowering the gas temperature and enhancing gas heat value with the cokerate being decreased and the economical benefits being considerable.
