摘 要:通过在硅酸盐电解液体系中加入(NaPO3)6,研究其对ZAlSi12Cu2Mg1表面微弧氧化陶瓷膜层厚度、孔隙率及相组成的影响。结果表明,当(NaPO3)6的加入量在0~12g/L内逐渐增加时,微弧氧化陶瓷膜层的厚度逐渐上升。加入量为0~6g/L逐渐增加时,膜层孔隙率逐渐下降,超过6g/L时,孔隙率开始上升。电解液中未加(NaPO3)6时,陶瓷膜层主要由γ-Al2O3、α-Al2O3及Al2SiO5组成,α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3相衍射峰强度大致相同;而加入6g/L(NaPO3)6后,陶瓷层中没有发现Na+或PO-,但α-AlO相的衍射峰强度明显高于γ-AlO相,且铝基体的衍射峰强度有所降低。Effects of 0~12.0 g/L(NaPO3)6 in a Na2SiO3 electrolyte solution on the thickness,porosity on the surface of ZAlSi12Cu2Mg1 rate and phase constituent of ceramic coatings prepared by MAO have been observed.The results indicate that with increasing the(NaPO3)6 content from 0 to 12 g/L,the thickness of MAO coatings is increased gradually,and the porosity rate is decreased with(NaPO3)6 content increasing from 0 to 6.0 g/L while it is increased with(NaPO3)6 content more than 6.0 g/L.XRD analysis reveals that the ceramic coating oxidized in the electrolyte solution without(NaPO3)6 is composed of γ-Al2O3,α-Al2O3 and Al2SiO5,in which the intensity ofα-Al2O3 is equal toγ-Al2O3,while oxidized in the electrolyte solution with 6.0 g/L(NaPO3)6,it is no found that there exists Na+ or PO3-in the coatings,however,the intensity of α-Al2O3 is more than γ-Al2O3 distinctly,and the intensity of Al substrate is slightly decreased.
