摘  要:高速钢的碳和合金元素含量高,碳化物偏析严重,塑性差,锻造温度范围比较狭窄,采用汽锤锻造,由钢锭轧成材需要4~6火次。宝钢股份特殊钢分公司利用德国引进的液压式13MN径锻机试验W6Mo5Cr4V2钢的径锻工艺,结果表明采用合理的工艺参数,可以做到一火成材,不仅大大提高工效、节约能耗,而且锻材的表面质量、内部质量皆优良。Due to high carbon and alloys content, high speed steel is of heavy carbide segregation, narrow forging temperature range and poor ductility, therefore, 4- 6 heatings were needed when the ingot was forged into finished products with steam hammer. The radial forging of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel was tested by 13MN hydraulic radial forging machine imported by Special Steel Branch of Baosteel Group from German. Only one heating was needed during high speed steel forging with appropriate technological parameters. In addition, the surface and interior quality of products was improved.
