摘　　要：业务运营支撑系统是电信运营商维持业务正常运转的IT基础设施，对运营商的客户服务水平与市场竞争能力有着重大影响。本文通过分析该系统建设及应用中遇到的实际问题，对该系统的建设策略进行了探讨，并提出利用银行金融系统为SP、CP的信息服务提供实时结算支持的设想。The business support system is the IT infrastructure for telecommunication operationer maintaining its business, and has important influence on its competition with emulator. By analyzing the problems encountered in the system construction and application, this paper carried out a study to the construction strategy of the system, and put forward an idea that makes use of the financial system of bank as real-time exchange settlement system between SP or CP and their customer.
