摘 要:目的探讨中山城区局级干部血脂异常分布现状。方法运用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取城区局级1026例健康体检干部(排除肝、肾、心功能,血糖异常),男478例,女548例,分成18~、30~、40~、50~、60~69岁5个年龄组段。TC、TG测定采用酶法,HDL-C、LDL-C测定采用直接法,应用日本东芝TBA120全自动生化分析仪进行测定。结果男/女各组TC水平分别为5.82/5.83、6.05/5.92、6.54/6.32、6.44/7.06、6.35/7.15mmol/L,TG水平分别为3.06/2.19、3.57/1.73、3.17/2.74、2.95/3.06、2.34/2.75mmol/L,HDL-C水平分别为3.50/2.32、1.96/2.40、2.12/2.35、2.18/2.13、2.17/2.36mmol/L,LDL-C分别为3.80/3.82、4.50/3.90、4.40/4.20、4.80/4.70、4.40/4.90mmol/L。除HDL-C外,其余各项指标均大于中国血脂异常防治标准。血脂异常检出率,男/女各组分别为TC17.57%/14.78%、TG26.78%/13.69%、HDL-C1.26%/0.55%、LDL-C24.69%/18.43%。结论本文血脂异常分布现状分析显示,中山城区干部血脂异常形势严峻,具有一定的流行病学意义。影响本地区机关干部血脂异常的相关原因有待进一步探讨。Objective To investigate the distribution status of blood lipid abnormality among 1 026 government officers in Zhongshan City. Methods An investigation of 1 026 government officers (478 men as male group; 548 women as female group, without liver, kidney or heart function abnormality, as well as pathoglycemia) was made by multi-stage (age 18-, 30-, 40-, 50- and 60-69) stratified sampling and random cluster sampling. Total cholesterol and triglyceride were measured with enzymic method, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) with direct method. TBA120 automatic biochemistry analyzer was applied to measuring the above indice. Results The mean level (described as male/female) of TC in different age grade (age 18-, 30-, 40-, 50- and 60-69) was 5.82/5.83, 6.05/5.92, 6.54/6.32, 6.44/7.06 and 6.35/7.15 mmol/L respectively; of TG was 3.06/2. 19, 3. 57/1. 73, 3. 17/2. 74, 2. 95/3. 06 and 2. 34/2. 75 mmol/L respectively; of HDL-C was 3.50/2.32, 1. 96/2.40, 2. 12/2.35, 2. 18/2. 13 and 2. 17/2.36 mmol/L respectively; of LDL-C was 3.80/3.82, 4.50/3.90, 4. 40/4.20, 4. 80/4. 70 and 4.40/4. 90 mmol/L respectively. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in both groups were all above the rated standard of Advice for Defend and Treat Abnormal Serum Lipid. The detection rate of blood lipid abnormality in male/female group was as follows: TC 17. 57%/14. 78%, TG 26.78%/13.69%, HDL-C 1.26%/0. 55% and LDL-C 24.69%/18.43%. Conclusion The survey reveals the situation of blood lipid abnormality for government officers in Zhongshan City is serious; and the condition of blood lipid abnormality has an important epidemiological significance. It is necessary to further investigate the factors affecting lipid abnormality for government officers in Zhongshan City.
