摘  要:本文应用4-氨基安替比林比色法、液相色谱法、吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱联用法(GC/MS)测定水和废水中的苯酚,比较了这三种方法的线性、检出限、精密度、回收率、干扰因素。结果表明:这三种方法的线性、精密度和准确度均较好,但4-氨基安替比林比色法水样前处理繁琐、操作复杂、干扰因素多且检出限较高,液相色谱法检出限有所降低,但前处理繁琐复杂,吹扫捕集GC/MS法简便快捷,无须前处理且检出限最低。This study applied three methods, 4-AAP spectropho-tometric method, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and online purge and trap-gas chromatography mass spectrum(P&T-GC/MS), to determine phenol in water and wastewater. The linearity, detection limit, precision, recovery ratio, interference factors of the three methods were compared. The results showed that the linearity, precision and accuracy of the three methods were all good. However, the pretreatment of colorimetric method of 4-amino antipyrine was much complicated and various factors may affect the result. Furthermore, its detection limit was rather high. The detection limit of HPLC was lower than that of colorimetric method but its pretreatment process was also complicated. P&T-GC/MS was proved to be a simple and fast method because it had the lowest detection limit and there was no need for pretreatment.
