高校后勤社会化改革背景的经济学分析

摘　　要：从经济学的角度来分析,高校后勤社会化改革有着深厚的经济根源和特定的历史背景,即:经济体制改革是高校后勤社会化改革的根本原因、经济快速发展是高校后勤社会化改革的客观要求、高校后勤服务属性的变化是高校后勤社会化改革的内在动力。与此相适应,高校后勤社会化改革应该是一个伴随经济体制改革和社会经济发展不断完善和深化的过程,希望在短时间内完成这一改革的美好愿望是难以实现的。Analyzing in the standpoint of economics, the paper believes that the socialized reform of the rear service of universities has its own deep ecanomic root and special historic background That is,the reform of the economic system is the fundamental reason of the socialized reform of the rear service of universities, that the fast development of economy is the objective demand for the socialized reform of the rear service of universities ,and that the change of the service attribute of the rear service of universities is its inner motive power The paper concludes that,to coincide with it,the socialized reform of the rear service of universities should be a continuously improved and deepened process with the reform of the economic system and the economic development of soiety.The wish of qetting the reform through in a shart time is hard to come true.
