摘　　要：目的利用HPLC法对不同产地的蝎毒进行分离纯化,以分析不同产地蝎毒抗癌成分含量,分析不同产地蝎毒抗癌活性差别较大的原因。方法蝎毒经预处理后,利用HPLC法进行分离。结果不同产地的蝎毒中抗癌成分含量也不同。结论结果提示,不同产地蝎毒抗癌成分不同是其活性差别较大的原因,从而为进一步研究蝎毒抗肿瘤作用提供依据。Objective To make isolation and purification of buthus martensii venom of different Region by HPLC, and find out why different buthus martensii venom has different effect on cancer cell.Methods The buthus martensii venom of different region were isolated by HPLC following precondition.Results The buthus martensii venom of different region has the different contents of antineoplastic polypeptide. Conclusion The above-mentioned results suggest that this just the reason of different antineoplastic activities, thus providing the basis for further studies on this drug.
