摘 要:为了研究竹炭纤维/棉混纺纱中竹炭纤维含量与混纺纱拉伸性能的变化关系,对不同混纺比的竹炭纤维/棉混纺纱线在YG061电子单纱强力仪上进行拉伸性能测试,并对测试结果进行了分析和比较。结果表明:竹炭纤维/棉混纺纱的断裂强力随着竹炭纤维含量的增加先有逐渐减小的趋势,然后增大。竹炭纤维/棉混纺比小于临界混纺比时,混纺纱的断裂伸长率变化趋于平直;一旦超过临界混纺比,随着竹炭纤维含量的增加,断裂伸长率迅速增大。在实际应用中,混纺纱最低断裂强度对应的临界混纺比在设计中应尽量避免选用。To research the relationship between the tensile properties of bamboo charcoal fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn, and the variation of the bamboo charcoal fiber content, the tensile properties of bamboo charcoal fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn of different blending ratios were tested through electronic yarn strength instrument YG061. And the results were analyzed and compared, which shows that with the increasing of bamboo charcoal fiber content, the breaking tenacity of blended yarn was firstly weakened and then enhanced. When the blending ratio of the blended yarn is lower than the critical blending ratio, the variation of the breaking elongation is not obvious. Otherwise, with the increasing of bamboo charcoal fiber content, it is enhanced expeditiously. In the practice, it is better not to choose the critical blending ratio in the design.
