循证护理在重型创伤性脑损伤伴应激性溃疡中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨39例重型创伤性脑损伤伴应激性溃疡的循证护理方法。方法通过循证护理问题,查阅有关文献资料进行循证支持,根据相关实证,付诸于临床实践,最后进行效果评价。结果39例患者中有31例治愈,8例死亡。在3 d内死亡3例,4～7 d内死亡3例,7 d后死亡2例,死亡率为20.5%。结论通过循证护理应用于重型创伤性脑损伤伴应激性溃疡患者中,可以缩短住院天数,降低医疗费用,提高护理工作质量和效率,提高患者的生存质量,降低死亡率,具有重要的临床护理意义。　Aim To explore the nursing methods of EBN for patients with severe traumatic cerebral injury and stress ulcer.Methods 39 cases had been evaluated and the best nursing method was put forward based on evidence.Results In 39 cases,31 cases were cured and 8 cases died,among which 3 cases died in 3 days,3 cases died between 4 and 7 days,and 2 cases died after 7 days.The death rate was 20.5%.Conclusion The application of EBN shortens the span of hospitallzation,reduces cost,advances nursing quality and efficiency,and promotes life quality of patients.It is significant in clinical nursing.
