摘　　要：大学产生的发明创造具有不同的专利权归属。对这些不同归属专利的维持是大学专利活动中的重要一环。本文以我国大学历年来产生的发明专利的抽样数据为基础,分析了不同归属专利权在授权率、维持率和维持时间等方面的差异,并讨论了这些差异的现实与政策意义。University invented patents may have different patent owners, and they all have to be maintained to be effective patent rights. This paper, based on a random sample of all university invented patents in the past 21 years, examines the maintenance characteristics of patents of different owners. Practical and policy implications of the findings are also discussed in the paper.
