武汉市某区中小学教师健康现况及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究武汉市中小学教师健康状况及其危险因素。方法以武汉市某区所属的62所中小学校教师为研究对象,采用自行设计的健康调查问卷以自我填写调查表的方式对调查对象进行了全面的调查。结果在3340名中小学教师中亚健康总发生率为60.75%,总患病率为25.99%;<40岁青年女教师亚健康发生率明显高于同年龄段的男教师(χ2=84.134,P<0.01);影响该人群健康的主要危险因素包括工作繁忙、心理因素和不良行为习惯等。结论中小学教师的健康状况不容乐观,教育管理部门和学校应采取各种针对性的预防干预措施,提高该人群的健康水平。Objective To study the health status and risk factors of ＂subhealth＂ and chronic disease. Methods Primary and middle schools teachers in certain district of Wuhan are Subjects of this study. All of the teachers were investigated through self-managed methods with a self- developed questionnaire. Results The primary and middle school teachers＇ overall incidence of ＂subhealth＂ was 60.75% and the prevalence of chronic disease was 25.99% ;the prevalence of ＂subhealth＂ in temales below 40 was significantly higher than that of the males in same age group （ χ^2 = 84.134, P 〈 0.01 ）. The main risk factors of ＂subhealth＂ and chronic disease were busy work, psychological factors, bad habits and behaviors. Conclusion The health status of primary and middle school teachers in this district of Wuhan was not good, thus it was necessary to carry out active measures to prevent diseases and ＂suhhealth＂ among this population.
