摘 要:为了寻求23 mm航炮榴弹引信炮口炸的原因,分析了23 mm航炮榴弹及其引信、发射装药与内弹道的特性,讨论了23 mm航炮榴弹的安全距离,估算了发射药残渣的飞行特性。发射装药在膛内不能完全燃烧,会有一部分残渣飞出。所配用的弹头触发引信炮口保险距离短,灵敏度高,连发射击时引信在炮口附近撞上此前某一发的发射装药残渣,就会引起炮口炸。解决的技术途径主要有:改进发射装药设计使其在膛内燃烧完、延长引信延期解除保险距离和改善引信钝感度性能。In order to seek the reason why the fuze of the 23 mm caliber aircraft cannon projectile have a burst out of the muzzle, the performance of the 23 mm caliber aircraft cannon HE projectile and its fuze,the propellant charge and the interior ballistics are analyzed, the safe distance of the 23 mm caliber aircraft cannon HE projectile is discussed, the flight characteristics of propellant fouling out of the muzzle are estimated. The propellant charge cannot burn completely in the chamber; there will be some residue flying off. Because the muzzle safe distance of the point detonating fuze is shorter and the sensitivity of the point detonating fuze is higher, the fuze can cause burst after hitting some propellant fouling nearby the muzzle when automatic firing. The technical schemes to solve this problem mainly are: improving propellant charge design and making it burnout in the chamber, extending delay arming distance of fuze and reforming insensitivity performance of fuze.
