冷基循环微波聚能刀治疗周围型肺癌有效性和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨CT引导下冷基循环微波聚能刀治疗周围型肺癌的安全性和有效性。方法：使用针式单极微波辐射天线、CT引导下经皮肺穿刺周围型肺癌、以2450MHz的微波,依据肿瘤大小以40-80W的微波辐射治疗5-20min,对55例患者的68个病灶进行治疗。结果：冷基循环微波聚能刀治疗1月后,68个病灶体积均缩小,缩小50%以上35个病灶,病灶消失6例,有效率60.29%。肿块平均直径治疗前为3.4±1.42cm,治疗后1个月为2.0±1.70cm。微波治疗后即刻复查,CT表现为肿瘤组织中出现低密度影,CT值由术前54.13±22.12Hu降低为45.23±18.24Hu。结论：冷基循环微波聚能刀治疗周围型肺癌是一种有效、微创的新方法。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CT-guided percutaneous micro wave coagulation therapy for lung cancer. Methods： CT-guided percutaneous puncture and 2450MHz microwave equipment were utilized. The microwave coagulation therapy was carried out according to the size of tumor in 40--80 watt for 5-20min. Results ： One month after microwave coagulation therapy, the size of tumor was all deminished in 68 cases. Thirty-five diminished above 50% and 6 vanished. The effective rate was 60.29%. The dimension of tumor in microwave coagulation therapy group was 3.4±1.42 cm, and 2.0±1.70 cm one month after the therapy. Low density was found in CT immediately after microwave coagulation therapy. The CT value was 54. 13±22.12 Hu before the therapy and 45.23±18.24 Hu after the therapy. Conclusion： CT-guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy was an effective, mini-invasive and safe treatment for lung cancer.
