系列羧酸盐型咪唑啉磷酸酯的合成与性能

摘　　要：以月桂酸、羟乙基乙二胺、丙烯酸乙酯、五氧化二磷和氢氧化钠等为原料,合成了系列羧酸盐型咪唑啉磷酸酯两性表面活性剂(MP),并研究了其应用性能。结果表明,该系列表面活性剂与商品咪唑啉磷酸酯Phosphoteric T-C6相比,具有多种优异性能:具有较高的表面活性,临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.07～0.1mmol/L,最低表面张力(γCMC)可达到27～28mN/m;具有良好的发泡力(泡沫高度均在170mm左右)及泡沫稳定性,并具有明显的润湿性能和乳化性能,对皮脂及碳黑2种污布的去污力明显优于羧甲基咪唑啉(LC)和Phosphoteric T-C6;与AEO9和直链烷基苯磺酸(LAS)相比,用质量分数为5%的该系列表面活性剂清洗玻璃表面时,易冲洗无残留;与Phosphoteric T-C6相比,MP1010对不溶于水的有机物具有更优异的增溶性能,MP1008具有更好的水溶助长性;MP在酸洗过程中的缓蚀率达到94.14%,可望作为一种良好的缓蚀剂。A series of earboxylated imidozoline phosphate amphoteric surfactants MP were synthesized from lauric, acid, N-（β-hydroxyethyl）-ethylenediamine, ethyl acrylate, phosphoric oxide and sodium hydroxide,and the application performances of MP were studied. The result indicates that MP series suffactants exhibit high surface activity,their CMC being 0.07 -0. 1 mmol/L and γCMC being 27 -28 mN/m. They also exhibit good foaming ability（ the foam height is about 170 mm） and stability,obvious wetting property and emulsifying capacity. The detergency of MP to sebum and carbon black soiled cloth is much better than that of LC or Phosphoteric T - C6. Using the MP series surfactants in 5% mass fraction to clean glass surfac, e, they are easy to be rinsed away and leave no residues on the glass surface. Compared with Phosphoteric T - C6, the enhanced solubilization and the hydrotropy of MP1008 are better. In acid washing,the anti -con＇osion rate of MP1010 can achieve 94.14% ,and it can be used as a good corrosion inhibitor.
