摘　　要：分析了省级医学信息机构面临的困难及挑战,以广西医学科学情报研究所改革实践为例,从信息资源保障体系建设、人才队伍建设、科学研究工作三方面,探讨了提升省级医学信息机构综合服务能力的有效途径。This paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by provincial medical information institutions and probes into the effective ways of promoting the generalservice ability of the provincial medical information institutions in the networked environment in respect to the development of an information resources supporting system, the construction of a contingent of talents and scientific research with an example of Guangxi Institute of Medical Information.
