论云南民族民间文化的保护策略

摘　　要：保护云南民族民间文化就是保护云南各民族悠久的历史,保护云南各民族赖以生存、发展并走向未来的文化根基和动力。保护云南民族民间文化,要做到五点:建立和完善民族民间文化机构和设施;抢救保护民族民间文化,尊重民族民间风俗,扶持民族艺术创作;重视民族民间文化艺人的保护和培养;丰富繁荣民族民间文化活动,促进民族文化交流;要采取命名式保护、立法式保护、动态式开发保护、静态式研究收藏保护等多种方式,从不同侧面对民族民间文化实施全方位保护。Protection of folk culture in Yunnan means the protection of the long history of all the nationalities in Yunnan as well as the cultural basis and driving force for their survival, development and future. To protect the folk culture in Yunnan, work must be done in five aspects： establishing and perfecting the folk culture institutions and facilities; saving the folk culture, respecting the folk customs and supporting the composition of folk art; attaching importance to the protection and cultivation of folk culture artists; enriching and prospering the folk culture activities and promoting communications among folk cultures; adopting different protection methods including naming, legislation, dynamic development and static research and collection to protect the folk culture comprehensively from different perspectives.
