摘　　要：目的总结用膀胱黏膜法治疗复杂性外伤性后尿道狭窄的经验。方法1989年-2004年本院收治的外伤性复杂性后尿道狭窄患儿20例,均采用膀胱黏膜法手术治疗。结果12例60%术后正常排尿。6例(30%)行定期尿道扩张术后正常排尿。2例术后再行膀胱镜下冷刀切开术。结论膀胱黏膜法可用于治疗儿童复杂性后尿道损伤狭窄。Objective To evaluate the treatment of old traumatic posterior urethral stricturei in children with bladder mucosa urethroplasty. Methods There were 20 cases with posterior urethral injuries＇m 1989 -2004,in Shanghai Childrean＇s Hospital,and all patients were treated by bladder mucosa urethroplasty method. Results Twelve patients recovered after operation. Six patients（30% ） required urethral dilatation. Two patients（ 10% ）required internal urethrotomy. Conclusion Bladder mucosa urethroplasty is effective for treatment on traumatic old posterior urethral stricture in children.
