摘　　要：实验手段,特别是光测技术,在解决航空领域的某些特殊问题中起很重要的作用.用云纹干涉法测量了残余应力分布,并由此确定增加疲劳寿命的工艺参数.用投影栅线法和数据拼接,测量了航空发动机燃烧室大型部件的三维形状,为数字加工提供了基本数据.发展了测量残余应变的数字散斑相关技术,并研究了残余应变与疲劳循环次数的相关性,为剩余寿命估计提供了依据.Several applications of photomechanics in aviation were introduced. Moire interferometry was applied to measure residual stress distribution 3D topography of the transition part of an airplane engine combustion chamber was detected by grating projected and data combination method the correlation of residual strain at the side of the hole and fatigue life cycle was researched by digital speckle correlation technique.
