摘 要:目的探讨颈交感神经阻滞(SB)对严重烧伤小鼠的保护作用并探讨其机制。方法采用小鼠TBSAⅢ度烧伤模型,并于烧伤后连续5d行小鼠双侧颈交感神经阻滞,观察烧伤后3周颈交感神经阻滞组(SB组)和单纯烧伤组小鼠死亡率以及伤后早期肝组织糖皮质激素受体(GR)表达变化。结果SB组小鼠严重烧伤后小鼠死亡率明显低于单纯烧伤组,SB组小鼠烧伤后早期GR下调不明显。结论颈交感神经阻滞可以明显减轻严重烧伤的损害效应,其机制可能是通过促进GR功能来实现的。Objective To study the role and mechanism of cervical sympathetic block(SB) in protecting mice from severe burn injury. Methods The TBSAⅢ burn injury was used as severe trauma model. Two-side cervical sympathetic block was adopted after burn injury of mice. The mortality of mice and expression of glucocorticoid receptor(GR) in liver total protein extract were observed between mice with SB and mice without SB after burn injury. Results The mortality of mice with SB was lower than that of mice without SB after burn injury and the expression of GR in mice with SB were higher than that of mice without SB. Conclusion SB can protect body from severe burn injury. This protect effect is achieved by promoting GR function.
