摘　　要：主要讨论供求在价值决定中的作用。首先追溯了价值理论的发展,以及我国学术界对价值决定中供求作用的争论。结论是,共同决定论更合理,与供求论有相似之处。但是供求论更好地揭示了经济运行发展的规律,更具有解释力和生命力。This article is a discussion of the function of supply and demand in the determination of value. The development of the theory of value was presented first, then followed by the discussion of the function of supply and demand in the determination of value in China＇s academe. The conclusion was that co-decision theory is more reasonable and it is similar to the theory of demand and supply. However, the theory of demand and supply explains the law of economic development better, so it has more explanatory power and therefore is more vital.
