摘　　要：校园侵权行为是一个非常宽泛的范畴。根据不同的方式和标准,校园侵权行为可分别被划分为校方实施的侵权行为、学生实施的侵权行为、第三人实施的侵权行为;对学生的侵权行为、对教师的侵权行为、对学校的侵权行为、对其他组织和个人的侵权行为;单方过错侵权行为、双方过错侵权行为、无过错侵权行为等具体类型。校园侵权行为除应具备一般侵权行为的构成要件外,还须同时具备主体要素、时空要素、职责要素等特别要素。This thesis defines campus tort as a concept with wide category, which can be divided into several kinds with different methods and standards, such as tort from schools, or the students, or the third party; tort to students, or teachers, or schools, or other people and organizations; tort with personal fault, muhi-fauh or non-fault, and so on. It argues that campus tort not only consists of key parts, but also posesses some special features such as subject feature, spatial-temporal feature and obligation feature.
