模糊综合评判法在慢性胃肠病中医辨证分型分级中的应用

摘　　要：将183例慢性胃肠病分为6型，设计制定了慢性胃肠病中医辨证量化表，用给分法进行分级，建立数学模型，同时用模糊综合评判法对辨证分型分级进行综合评判。根据最大隶属原则．对结果进行归一化处理，B=（0．279，0．550，0．171）。表明慢性胃肠病患者中以中度居多。此结果与临床实际相符，可作为中医辨证分型量化和客观化的一种方法。Accqrding to the given marks and established mathematics model. We designed the quantitative form on syndrome differentiation of TCM of chronic gastrointestinal diseases. The 183patients with these diseases were divided six types and different grade, at same time, they were judged by vague synthetical judge methods. In the light of the most subordinating rude .the results were went on normalization disposal, B=(0. 279, 0.550, 0. 171 ). It was found that the great majority patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases were,middle degree. The result was in keeping with the clinical conditions. So the vague synthetical judge is a method objectified and quantified the syndrome differentiation of TCM.
