双螺杆挤出机螺杆组合及喂料工艺对增韧ABS力学性能的影响

摘　　要：介绍双螺杆挤出机各种规格的螺杆元件及三种螺杆组合方式,分析了不同螺杆组合方式及喂料工艺对增韧ABS挤出工艺和材料力学性能的影响,并设计了一种适合于增韧ABS加工的螺杆组合方式。结果表明:通过适当的螺杆组合和喂料工艺可改善增韧ABS的挤出工艺,提高材料的力学性能。Introduced each kind of specified screw component and the combination of three screws of twin screw extruder, analyzed the effect of flexibilizing ABS extruding process and material mechanics performance by the way of different kinds of screw combination and feeding, and designed a true screw rod combination for the flexibilizing ABS process. The result indicated that： it is available to improve flexibilizing ABS extruding process and enhance the material mechanics performance by the suitable screw combination.
