摘　　要：以CA6140型普通车床为例,从机械和电气2方面详细阐述了数控化改造的方法。改造后的车床投入使用后,运行稳定,加工精度明显提高,取得了极大的经济效益。Takes CA6140 type common lathe as an example, has explained the NC transformation method from machinery and electric two respects in detail. After transforming, the new lathe runs steadily, the machining accuracy is obviously improved, has made the great technological economic benefits.
