摘　　要：通过有限元分析方法,对密炼机炼胶过程中的温度场温度分布做了分析和模拟,介绍了各种基本计算方法和计算公式,如传热、瞬态传热、对流换热系数等。模拟了胶料在密炼机室中的升温过程。该方法可预测密炼机排胶温度、排胶时间等。By using the finite element analysis method, it is analyzed and simulated the temperature field distribution of rubber compounding process in the chamber, introduced each basic principle and formula, such as heat transfer, transient state heat transfer, convection heat transfer and so on coefficients. Has simulated the process of elevating temperature during rubber in the mixing chamber. This method could forecast the rubber discharging temperature, discharging time and so on.
