摘　　要：停留时间分布(RTD)是表征聚合物挤出过程重要的参数。本文对停留时间分布的常用测试方法及其装置进行了研究,比较各种测试方法及装置的优缺点和适用范围,并提出研究新型的、简单的、无污染的、能正确反映物料停留时间分布的在线测试方法及装置的必要性。Retention time distribution （RTD） is an important parameter of polymer in the extruding process. This article has studied the general testing method of retention time distribution and its device, compared with the advantages and its application Scope of each testing method and device, and pointed out the necessity of researching the on-line testing method and device which is with new type, simple control and non- pollution and could correctly reflect the material retention time distribution.
