妇科5696份阴道分泌物湿片镜检结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道分泌物湿片镜检对妇女生殖道感染的临床意义。方法取来四川省绵阳市科学城医院就诊的阴道炎,阴部瘙痒,做人工流产手术前,引产前,取环、放环,白带增多、变黄等5696妇女的阴道分泌物进行检查。结果霉菌的检出率(24.5%)高于滴虫(4.2%),经u检验,差异有统计学意义(u=10.38,P<0.01);不同季节比较,滴虫与霉菌的检出率差异没有统计学意义。结论阴道分泌物湿片显微镜检查是诊断妇女生殖道感染的最简单、省时的手段。[ Objective] To explore the clinical significance of vaginal secretion samples detection on the diagnosis of womeng vaginal infection. [ Methods] Vaginal secretion samples detection was carried out on 5659 female patients who had vaginitis, vaginal itching , induced abortion, extraction contraceptive ring or leukorrhagia, etc. [ Results ] The detection rate of colpomycosis （ 24.5 % ） was much higher than that of trichomonal, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.01 ） ; no significant difference was found between seasons. [ Conclusion] Vaginal secretion samples detection is the most simple and time-saving method for the diagnosis of women vaginal infection.
