摘  要:目的比较容量法(硝酸银容量法、硝酸汞容量法)和离子色谱法测定水中氯化物的差异,探讨其优缺点。方法以容量法和离子色谱法检测福州市120份各类水样中的氯化物含量。利用SAS软件对2种方法测定结果进行配对t检验。结果检出限:离子色谱法为0.182 mg/L,硝酸银和硝酸汞容量法50 ml水样最低检出限均为1.0 mg/L;2种方法对120份水样氯化物的测定结果差异无统计学意义(t=1.9817,P>0.05);RSD和回收率:硝酸银容量法为1.34%和94.6%,硝酸汞容量法为1.28%和95.7%,离子色谱法为1.22%和97.7%。结论用离子色谱法测定水中氯化物含量可以节省时间,并可同时获得多种其他阴离子含量。2种测定方法均可得到较好的准确度和精密度。[ Objective ] To compare volumetric method with ion chromatography for the determination of chloride in water. [ Methods] Volumetric method and ion chromatography were applied to determine the content of chloride in water samples; SAS software was used to conduct t-test on the result. [ Results] The detection limits of ion chromatography and volumetric method were 0. 182mg/L and 1.0mg/L respectively; no significant difference was found between the two methods in the determination of 120 wa- ter samples (P 〉0.05). [ Conclusion] The application of ion chromatography could save time in the determination and meanwhile obtains other auion contents; both the two methods are accurate and precise.
