摘　　要：介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)在淬火专用机床电控系统的设计思路,对系统的硬件和控制程序设计作了详细阐述,通过对计算机对机床现场监控和工艺参数的调整,使系统工作在最佳状态,提高专用机床工作适应性。This paper introduces the use of PLC computer design system in quenchng dedicated machine tool, and expounds in detail its hardware and computer-controlling program design. Adjustment of techlologlcal parameters and on-thespot monitor enables the best performance and improves the adaptability of the machine tool.
