摘 要:燃煤电厂灰水回用对环保、节水和提高效益都有着重要意义,但系统结垢问题突出。基于灰水防垢机理,提出采用海水代替淡水冲灰防垢的技术方案。指出利用海水的高离子强度和大pH缓冲能力,代替淡水冲灰防垢是可行的。选用灰水比为1:5、补充水率20%的海水冲灰工艺经济可靠,对海滨电厂有应用价值。The ash-water recycling system in the power plant is of great importance to water saving and environmental protection and economic benefit. However, the serious problem of scaling occurs in the ash-water recycling system, and the solution to prevent scaling is the key to successful recycling the ash-water. Based on the scaling prevention mechanism of the ash-water system, this paper presents a technical project which adopts the seawater instead of the fresh water to prevent the scaling. Due to its high salinity, low activity coefficient and effective decreasing the pH value. The test results show: the seawater is introduced into the ash-water recycling system, shows the seawater prevents the scaling effectively and economically, when the mixture ratio of ash to water is 1 to 5, the rate of water supply is about 20%, the process is in stale and reliable operation. The technique of adopting the seawater to prevent the scaling finds good reference to the coastal power plants.
