摘　　要：分析了影响医生诊治活动决策的四种关系:医生与医院、医生与病人、医生与保险公司、医生与供货商及药商的关系,目的是寻求对医生执业行为、职业伦理道德行为进行培养教育的合理方式以及有效的管理途径,以适应我国医疗卫生事业发展的要求,构建和谐的医患关系。This article examines and analyzes four relationships that influence physicians＇ healthcare decision - making, including the relation between physicians and hospitals, between physicians and patients, between physicians and insurers, and between physicians and pharmacists and other suppliers of healthcare materials. The purpose is to find out a reasonable and effective way of educating, training and regulating physicians clinical behaviors and professional ethical behaviors, which is helpful to the development of a sound healthcare system and to the establishment of a harmonious physician - patient relationship.
