摘　　要：随着护理服务工作的不断改革深化,社会对护理服务水平的主观要求也不断提高。创新管理作为护理工作的灵魂,越来越受到医院和社会的重视。医院护理管理工作中,长期抓创新性建设,使护理朝着星级化、品牌化、科研型迈进,取得了一定的成效。With the ever-deepening reformation of nursing care service, levels of nursing care service are also expected to be heightened. As the core of nursing, innovation of nursing care management is drawing more and more attention. In our hospital management of nursing care has achieved some fruitful effects in terms of class serving, brand -style serving and scientific research -type nursing care by paying more attention to the innovation of management of nursing care.
