摘  要:研究了维生素C对培养的人胚皮肤成纤维细胞低密度脂蛋白(LDL)受体活性的影响。从LDL受体饱和分析和Scatchard作图以及单点分析表明,维生素C可增加细胞LDL受体数量,但不影响受体对LDL的亲和力。提示维生素C可通过增加LDL受体数量而促进胆固醇的代谢,具有一定的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。This article is to study the effect of vitamin C on LDL receptor of human skin fibroblasts.On the basis of LDL receptor saturation analysis of control and treatment groups,we get Scatchard curve and LDL receptor levels from these two groups.The result indicated that compared with the control groups the amount of 125 \ I LDL bound were enhanced in cellgrown in medium supplemented with vitamin C.Kinetic studies showed that the affinity of 125 \ I LDL,binding fibrolbasts LDL receptor had no obvious difference between the two groups.The result of the present study suggests that cholesterol lowering effect of vitamin C is intimately associated with the increase of LDL receptor activity.
