摘　　要：随着信息化时代的到来和社会主义市场经济体制的建立,高校医学生的人才培养模式出现了新的变化,知识、能力、人格三位一体的培养模式越来越受到医学院校的青睐。从医学伦理学的角度出发,通过对KAP医学生培养模式的研究,探索有利于医学生培养的形式和方法,以适应社会发展对医学人才的综合要求。With the coming of information era and pattern of qualification training for medical majors the establishment of has been characterized by the three essences of knowledge, ability and perso changed. nality has socialist market -oriented economy, The trinity training model which is enjoyed growing favor among medical colleges. This article breaks the traditional training model of education and management for medical majors. From the perspective of medical ethics, it explores the forms and methods to train medical students with ＂KAP medical training pattern＂ study in order to adapt medical personnel to the requirements of social development.
