摘　　要：邓小平依法治国方略的理论创新与实践表现为:经济体制改革,为依法治国提供了经济条件;政治体制改革,为依法治国奠定了政治基础;精神文明建设与法制建设相结合,为依法治国创造了思想文化氛围;建立完备的法律体系,为依法治国提供了法律支持;推进法学教育事业,为依法治国提供了人才智力保障。Chinese CPC party＇s strategy of running state affaires according to law is the crystlization of Deng Xiaoping＇s painstaking care. The economic and political system reform he lead has provided the economic and political condition for the policy. His advocation of the combination of spiritual civilization construction and the legal system construction, the establishment of a sound legal framework have provided a legal support for the policy. He also actively advanced the educational of law science, which has provided the talentes safeguarding to the policy. In a word, Deng Xiaoping has made a remarkable contribution to the strategy of running our nation according to law.
