摘　　要：史学管理学是把管理学基本原理引入史学管理,着重研究史学管理现象及其规律的一门交叉学科。它包括两部分内容:一是研究历史上的管理现象及其规律,相当于"管理史"之意(有人称其为"历史管理学");二是研究现实中历史学自身的管理现象及其规律,包括史学管理活动、史学管理体制、史学管理机制、史学管理观念四个方面,可具体设定为:史学组织与计划、史学教育与人才培养、史学信息与评论。后一部分应是史学管理学的重心。By the science of management of historiography, we mean the interwoven branch of learning that introduces into the management of historiography the basic principles of managerial science and mainly focuses on the study of the phenomena and law of the management of historiography. It consists of two parts ： 1 ） the study of the phenomena and law of the management of historiography in history, meaning ＂the history of management＂, hence called by some ＂historical managerial science＂ and 2） the study of the phenomena and law of the management of historiography itself in present day, including the managerial activities, systems, mechanism and ideas of historiography which can specifically designated as ： the organization and planning of historiography, the education of historiography and the training of qualified personnel, information and critics of historiography. The latter should be treated as the focus of the science of management of historiography.
