头孢曲松钠预防腹股沟嵌顿疝无张力修补术后感染的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:观察头孢曲松钠(Ceftriaxonesodinm)用于腹股沟嵌顿疝无张力修补术后感染的临床效果。方法:选择同期住院施行嵌顿疝无张力修补术的病例。随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组:术前30min,术后1h静脉滴注头孢曲松钠1.0g～2.0g,术后1次/d,1.0g/次～2.0g/次,疗程3d～5d。对照组:术前30min,术后1h,静脉滴注罗氏芬1.0g～2.0g,术后1次/d,1.0g/次～2.0g/次,疗程3d～5d。结果:头孢曲松钠与罗氏芬临床总有效率、细菌清除率及不良反应率等方面差异无显著性。结论:头孢曲松钠能有效预防嵌顿疝无张力修补术后感染,无明显副作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ceftriaxone sodium in prevention of infection after tension-free-herniorrhaphy incarcerted inguinal hernia. Methods The patients who underwent tension-free-herniorrhaphy incareerted inguinal hernia in the same period were elected and divided into trial group and control group randomly. Trial group ： ceftriaxone sodium was given by intravenousdripat preoperative 30 min, postoperative 1 h and once a day after operation for 3 days - 5 days; control group ： 1.0 g - 2.0 g roeephin was given by intravenousdripat preoperative 30 min, posloperalive 1 h and once a day after operation for 3 days - 5 days. Results There was no significant difference between ceftriaxone sodium group and rocephin group in total clinical effective rale, baclerial clearance rale, occurrence rate of adverse effect and so on. Conclusion Ceflriaxone sodium can be applied to prevent postoperative infection of tension-free-herniorrhaphy incarcerted inguinal hernia.
