摘　　要：多级网络计划能快速地处理层次复杂、作业数较多、动态调整要求高的项目计划。本文就有效控制大型复杂建设工程项目的进度,采取编制多级网络计划的方法,并对其做优化设计。Comprehensive network plans can handle construction project plan rapidly which is complex levels, a large amount of works to do and high requires developmental adjustment. In order to control progress of complex construction project, the organizing and optimizing method of comprehensive network plans was intruduced in this paper.
