摘  要:模拟了切缝式软接触电磁连铸结晶器的冷却效果及内部钢液的凝固。结果表明:感应热在铸坯纵向上主要集中在切缝对应的位置,在径向上主要集中在约5mm厚的铸坯表层;施加感应热后,结晶器出口的凝固坯壳厚度减小约0.5mm,说明感应加热对铸坯冷却效果影响不大;高频磁场产生的感应热使结晶器热面温度提高了6K,结晶器冷面温度提高了3K,不会对结晶器的耐热强度造成较大的影响。Cooling effect in slit mold for soft contact electromagnetic continuous casting and solidification of molten metal in the mold were simulated. The results show that the induction heat in strand is mainly concentrated on the section corresponding to the slit in vertical direction, and surface with thickness of 5 mm in radical direction. The thickness of initial solidified shell in the outlet of mold decreases by approximately 0.5 mm because of induction heat, it suggests that the induction heat does not affect the cooling effect of the mold obviously; The temperature of inside surface of the soft-contact mold increases 6 K, and increases 3 K in outside surface owing to the induction heat. The increasing of temperature would not affect the heat-resistant strength of mold.
