经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎21例

摘　　要：目的探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断及治疗方法。方法对21例腺性膀胱炎患者行经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗,并对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果21例手术均成功,手术平均时间30 min,术后3～5 d拔除尿管。随访3个月～1.5年,未见复发及恶变者。结论经尿道等离子体双极电切术手术效果良好,创伤小,安全性高,并且易于掌握,是治疗腺性膀胱炎的理想方法。　Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of glandular cystitis.Methods Twenty-one patients of glandular cystitis underwent transurethral resection using bipolar plasma kinetic technique were reviewed and analysed.Results All twenty-one cases succeed,the average operation time was 30 minutes,postoperative indwelling catheter remained for 3-5 days.The patients had been followed up for 3 months to 1.5 years,no recurrence or tumor happened.Conclusion Transurethral resection of glandular cystitis using bipolar plasma kinetic technique is a safe and effective method,it is mini-invasive and easy to master.
