摘　　要：介绍了基于SIEMENS公司S7-200系列可编程序控制器的步进电机驱动控制系统的设计过程.给出了步进电机电气控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计,包括步进电机的驱动电路、可编程序控制器输入/输出接线图;说明了利用PLC软件编程实现脉冲分配器功能来控制步进电机方向、步数和速度的方法.The design of the control system of stepping motor based on Siemens S7- 200 series PLC is introduced in the paper. The design of hardware software is given, which includes the I/O trapezium of the PLC and the driving circuit for stepping motor. It explicates the way of how to control the rotational direction, stepping count and speed of the stepping motor in the method of PLC programming which can simulate the function of pulse distributor.
