摘　　要：阐述了加强医院图书馆读者教育工作的必要性及其作用,提出了医院图书馆读者教育的基本内容和方法。This paper expounds the necessity and functions of strengthening the education for readers in hospital library, and advances the basic contents of and methods for the education for readers in hospital library.
