摘　　要：对主流文献中的3个重要的联盟视角即交易费用经济学、资源基础观和知识基础观进行了分析和评价。结果表明,任何单一的视角都不能完整地解释与战略联盟有关的所有问题,因而建议对现有的联盟视角进行整合以便更加深入地理解联盟现象,并给出了未来的研究方向。This paper makes analysis and comments on three important views of the alliance in the mainstream alliance literatures, the transaction cost economics, resource-based view and knowledge-based view, points out that none of the three views can provide a complete explanation for all problems related to the strategic alliance, and proposes to integrate the existing views for the complete understanding of the alliances, and puts forward the future research direction.
