论区域竞合中的苏北发展路径选择

摘　　要：苏北、鲁南地区相毗邻,面积、人口、经济发展水平、自然地理位置相似,竞合关系紧密。两地区的率先发展对江苏、山东全省具有全局意义。在面对鲁南的激烈竞争中,苏北必须发挥比较优势,以开放为先导,以交通为依托,以产业为重点,以政策为保障,以竞合为动力,扬长避短,作出合适的路径选择。North of Jiangsu borders on the south of Shandong, thus, similarity exist whatever in the aspect of acreage, population, level of development. And also the competition and cooperation relation is very oscillatory. The development of the two areas takes the lead in bringing the progress of whole provinces. Hence, north of Jiangsu should use the comparative advantage, treat the opening as a forerunner, truffie as a support, industries as a emphases, policy as a guarantee, sense as a drive to make the proper choice in order to challenge the strong competition from south of Shandong.
