摘　　要：目的观察尼群地平治疗老年人单纯收缩期高血压的疗效。方法４６名老年单纯收缩期高血压患者，随机分成尼群地平治疗组和安慰剂组。疗程１年。两组均在治疗前及治疗终结后，分别进行偶测血压、２４ｈ动态血压及超声心动图检查。结果与安慰剂相比尼群地平能明显降低平均２４ｈ收缩压、白天收缩压、夜间收缩压、偶测收缩压。但对舒张压的影响无统计学意义。服尼群地平１年后室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左室心肌质量及左室重构指标均显著改善。结论尼群地平能有效降低老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的收缩压，逆转靶器官损害。Aim\ To investigate the long term efficacy of nitrendipine on elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension.\ Methods\ Forty six elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension were randomly devided into nitrendipine treatment group and placebo group.\ The treatment lasted for one year.\ Both groups underwent casual blood pressure, 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure and echocardiographic examination before and after treatment.\ Results\ The results showed that compared to placebo,nitrendipine could significantly decrease 24 hour mean SBP,daytime SBP, nighttime SBP and casual SBP, but could not decrease DBP significantly.\ After one year of treatment of nitrendipine, indicators such as interventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall thickness, LV mass index and LV remodeling had been improved.\ Conclusion\ It could be inferred that nitrendipine can effectively decreased isolated systolic blood pressure in the elderly.
