邢慧娜1500m不同运动阶段技术特征的研究

摘　　要：运用实验法、文献法、专家访谈法等对邢慧娜参加奥运会预选赛的现场技术资料,通过量化分析获得运动技术指标,结合运动训练实际,对邢慧娜1 500 m不同阶段的动作技术进行分析。结果表明:邢慧娜在加速度阶段表现出步长大、步频低的运动特点,着地腿"扒地"积极、着地角大、进入比赛状态慢的特点;途中跑阶段体现了"低抬摆快"技术特点;髋部轴心大肌肉群发力特点;冲刺阶段缓冲时间短,摆动腿送髋幅度大、"屈蹬"技术特点;全程表现出"步幅-速度型"技术特征。The method of experience and document and exporters talking and so on was adopted to study on the presence sports photo that Xing Hui - na take part in try - out for 2004 Olympics game, dignities it to acquired kinetically index to analysis the technical characteristics on difference stage of Xing Hui- na 1500m connected with the training practice, result showing that stride is large and flequency is low, taking activity pawing when touching the ground , angle touch the ground is small, it is slowly to come into the competition state during the accelerating stage; embody the technical characteristics of swinging fast and lift low, big muscle mass enclose on the hip working activity during middle course; conceding time is short, the arranged of hip stretch is large and fast and curved - take - off technique was showed on the sprint stage, technique characteristics of＂step large high speed＂ was showed.
