摘　　要：随着科技的发展和人民生活水平的提高,近年来我国住宅小区的建设日益加快,业主不仅对建筑的环境、户型等传统方面愈来愈重视,同时也对住宅内的设备配置水平、功能以及物业管理水平提出了更高的要求。而建筑电气也决定了住宅的现代化程度。With the rapid development of the science and technology and the living standard of the people, the house construction in our country takes high speed in recent years. The proprietor not only pay more importance on the classical side of the house, such as the surroundings, the layout, ect, but also give much more demands on the configuration standard and the function of the house equipment and the property administration standard. Architecture electric determined the modernization level of the house.
